Refund Policy
Physical Products If you are unhappy with your product please return it to us for a full refund within 14 days. All items are expected to be in a good, new, saleable condition, with all original packaging. Please contact us to arrange your return. We are unable to cover the return postage of unwanted items.
In-store Events Tickets are fully refundable up to 7 days before the event. Between 24 hours and 7 days before the event, your entry fee is fully transferrable to any of our other events (space permitting). Refunds cannot be issued less than 24 hours before the start of the event. Please contact the store on 01642 918911 to arrange an event refund/transfer.
