*We are unable to ship hazardous products due to postal restrictions, such as: spray paint cans, glue, etc. These items are identified by having '(Store Pickup Only)' at the end of their name and you will see an error when trying to choose shipping with one of these items in your cart.
*We cannot ship orders to the Channel Islands or outside the UK.
Please make sure you have received your 'Ready for Pickup' confirmation message before coming to collect your order.
Pre-Orders
Orders containing pre-order items will despatch when all the items on the order are ready to ship. If you need any of the items sooner then please place them in a separate order.
Release dates are based on the latest available information from our suppliers. These dates may change due to circumstances beyond our control. If you wish to cancel a pre-order then please let us know.
Returns & Refunds
Physical Products
If you are unhappy with your product please return it to us for a full refund within 14 days. All items are expected to be in a good, new, saleable condition, with all original packaging.
Please contact us to arrange your return.
We are unable to cover the return postage of unwanted items.
More than 7 days prior to the event you can transfer to any of our other events (space permitting) OR you can request a refund.
No Refunds or transfers will be issued less than seven days before the start of the event.
